Secure underground parking, Good location for traveling further on in Spain, Clean and spacious room accommodations
Noise from nearby guests during busy times!!! Wi-Fi connectivity issues on higher floors are unacceptable!!! Room temperature control might disappoint during hot weather!!! Cleaning standards need a stricter approach!!!

Perfect and magnificent location in an industrial area in the outskirts of the city, and only about 10 minutes' walk to Orcoyen centre.

Quality/price ratio and very quiet area.
hotel is fine. Clean and comfortable. super comfortable mattress. nothing, everything was fine, everything's fine. You can park inside the hotel grounds without any problem, if it gets full, they let you park in the underground garage. Breakfast is fine, not too much, enough. Hot I only had scrambled eggs and bacon, then I had a lot of buns, yogurts, cheese, ham, serrano ham, strawberries, pineapple, etc. hotel is located on the outskirts of pamplona, in fact it takes 10 minutes to get there by the clock, I think it is a good option to stay out of town getting a cheaper price, then pay a small amount for parking in the city center. Being on the outskirts of the city, there is no problem with noise.

Pamplona vibes and lekker service 🌟
The staff were super friendly. Solid brekkie selection, and that cafeteria had some really tasty dinner options. Plus, parking was easy, always a plus when you're driving around!
The room was a bit noisy at times, especially with other guests coming and going.

Overall a nice hotel and stuff
Room too small for a 4*; WiFi signal too weak, not available everywhere in the room

We were given a family room because we did not have double rooms and it was fantastic, huge beds and very comfortable. Having a minibar is great for cooling your own drinks. breakfast was quite complete, waitresses were very friendly. You also have a cafeteria within the hotel itself in case you don't want to take that option and a restaurant but we didn't use them. hotel has an outside parking where you can park for free and in case there are no places outside you can, it also has an underground parking but I can't comment because we don't need it. situation at the beginning or exit of the village as you see it, comes very well if you use it as a starting point to do different routes. You also have a bus stop at the door that leaves you in the centre of Pamplona, is a good option to forget about parking there. At the hotel they provide timetables and recommended stops. few minutes walk from the hotel and towards the square, at the end of the walk you have the Orkoyen brewery where you can have lunch or dinner and treatment is super pleasant.
As a comment, and it's not that serious, I would add a coffee maker for breakfast and some more plugs in the rooms to be able to charge several devices at once.

The Double Room was really spacious and clean, a big plus. The bed was super comfy, and I slept like a baby. The room also had nice decor and modern amenities. I liked that it had tiled bathrooms. The hotel itself does feel a bit dated, but that didn't bother me much since I had a good night's sleep.

Great value for money Restaurant - we were the only guests so service was fantastic - food lovely esp the duck. Safe parking. Rooms modern. Breakfast included. Bar (very busy) but still fast service.
Only 1 staff member spoke Spanish - not their fault I should speak Spanish.

I really loved how clean and modern the accommodation was. The cafeteria had a range of tasty meals at great prices, although the restaurant's late opening was a bit inconvenient.

located in a clean industrial area just outside the town of pamplona near the volkswagon plant and away from the mob of fiesta goers. it is convenient to get to the running of the bulls...just 10 minutes and 10 E by taxi. the bus number 10 stop is just outside the hotel and is 1.6 E per person

great stopover option but minor service delays
The location is perfect for an overnight stop, very close to the motorway. I appreciated the spacious twin room, equipped with excellent facilities. Dining options were excellent. Food in the cafeteria was both abundant and tasty, leaving me satisfied after a long day of travel. The cleanliness and modern feel of the room added to my overall comfort.
Service in the cafeteria was slightly slow during peak hours.

We had a VERY VERY GOOD time in this low cost hotel in Orcoyen. The breakfasts were satisfactory with pastries and good coffee, for instance. The property was in a great location very close to the outskirts of Pamplona, the bus stop from/to Pamplona and the Andia. It also was in to teh center of the action.
